iPhone SE 4: All Details About Apple's Next Budget Friendly Device

Apple is prepared to launch its latest smartphone, the iPhone SE 4. The fourth-generation iPhone SE has major design modifications and unparalleled performance. The first generation SE was launched in 2016, followed by the second in 2020 and the third in March 2022.
The iPhone SE 4 might be the company's least expensive smartphone with Apple intelligence capabilities and it might have a full-screen display for the first time without the home button.
Expected Release Date:
In a previous report, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman stated that Apple could announce the phone as soon as this week. In a follow-up Power On newsletter and social media post, Gurman has confidentially stated that Apple is announcing the iPhone SE 4 in the next few days.
While we didn't have a set release date, there were plenty of indications that it would feature as part of Apple's spring lineup.
Apple iPhone SE 4 Expected Price:
Pricing has steadily increased across the three existing generations. Despite being improved from Touch ID to Face ID , the iPhone SE 4 is predicted to remain more affordable than previous versions. It might start at $429, which is the same price as the current iPhone SE but still more affordable than the iPhone 16, which starts at $799.
iPhone SE 4 Expected Design:
The new model will abandon the dated home button design in favor of a modern 6.1-inch OLED display with a notch, matching the look of the iPhone 14. This marks the end of Touch ID on iPhones, with the budget model switching to Face ID for biometric authentication. The phone will also include modern features like Emergency SOS via satellite and crash detection.
USB-C Port and 5G Modem:
The iPhone SE 4 will switch to a USB-C port, aligning it with Apple's other recent products. This will offer users greater compatibility with a wide range of devices and accessories. Additionally, the Apple-designed 5G modem will make its debut, enhancing the device's future-proofing for high-speed mobile networks.
iPhone SE 4 Performance: What to expect?
The device will be powered by Apple's most recent A18 chip, which will allow it to integrate the company's new Apple Ai features, such as improved photo editing tools and Siri functions. The CPU upgrade is a major improvement over the existing model's A15 chip.
